Representation

Problem: The two party system and the constant campaigning by elected officials has created an endless divide in the country resulting in stalemate that has crippled the legislative process.

Solution: Campaign for and vote for citizens who adhere to the values of the movement. Those that are elected from the people to serve should be in office a limited time, serve the people, and return to citizen life – a system envisioned by the founders of the country. Campaigns should be during a shorter, designated time prior to the election. Once elected, a representative would serve a designated timeframe to mitigate potential corruption with officeholders will be accountable to the people for their actions while in office.
